Moldeo por inyección de plástico
Production molding in a 12,000 m² plant that runs 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. Twenty-five presses from 60 to 2,000 tons, CMM-verified first articles and a QC record for every batch — from a short prototype run to millions of parts.

The Process
What happens in one shot.
Thermoplastic pellets are heated to 280–320 °C, injected under high pressure into the mold cavity, cooled and ejected. Textures, polish, logos and screw bosses come straight out of the mold — no extra operations.
01
Clamp
The press closes the mold and holds it shut with 60 to 2,000 tons of force.
02
Inject
Molten resin fills the cavity through the runner and gate in a fraction of a second.
03
Hold & Cool
Packing pressure compensates for shrinkage while cooling channels set the part.
04
Eject & Inspect
The mold opens, the part is ejected by robot or hand and checked against the sample.

Control de calidad
Checked before, during and after production.
Every part dimension is measured on a CMM before production and sent for your approval. Our QC department records every batch for full traceability.
Before
DFM & Sampling
- Full DFM report — surface, sink marks, gate marks flagged in advance
- T1 samples measured on the automatic CMM
- Samples shipped to you for approval before any production
During
In-Process Control
- Process parameters locked from the approved sample
- First-off and hourly checks against the master sample
- Material dried, dosed and traced by lot number
After
Batch Record & Packing
- Final inspection report recorded for every batch
- Finishing, printing and assembly in-house if required
- Protective packing to your instructions, shipped worldwide
