Mold manufacturing guide information
Voor export kunststof mallen:
Wij hebben ruime ervaring in de productie van exportmatrijzen; onze matrijzen worden naar Amerika en heel Europa verzonden.
De matrijsnormen die wij gebruiken zijn HASCO, DEM, MISUMI, MEUSBURGE, PROGRESSIVE, etc. of volgens de eisen van de klant.
The hot runner systems for the injection molds we use YUDO, INCOE, SYNVENTIVE, HASCO, MOLD MASTER, HUSKY, etc., or we use hot runner based on the customer’s special requirements.
For the mold cavity steel, we always use high-quality steel. For the export mold steel, we use 1.2738H, 1.2738HH, 1.2344, 1.2343, S136, NAK 80 for injection molds and 8407, 8418, 1.2344 ESR for die casting molds, or any steel according to the customer’s needs.
For non-export molds:
If we produce plastic molding and die casting parts for you, or need assembly and other services for you, we have the modern, efficient plastic injection machines and die casting machines to mold your parts efficiently and inexpensively, injectino mold cost as low as $500 and die casting mold as low as $1000, of course this is depending on the part size and geomitry designs. We do not only offer plastic mold and molding manufacturing services but also silk screen, pad printing, and painting. Quality and service are hallmarks of our operation, with a with a special tight lead time of 15 days, which is offered for some special cases, and an ISO-9001:2008 quality system in place to control the quality of the product.
Our plastic molding company has injection molding machines ranging from 60 tons to 2000 tons to suit your different requirements. Three sets of machines are 2K injection molding machines, which are for two-color molding parts service. We produce two- or single-color mold, multiple cavity mold, over-molding, 2-shot injection molding, insert molding, gas-assisted mold, transparent plastic injection molding, etc.
